1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Czech Croupier Academy ("Academy," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, educational programs, courses, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses and use our Services. By registering for our courses, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The casino industry has strict age requirements, and participants must meet the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction to pursue employment as a croupier.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment Process

When you enroll in a course, you enter into a binding agreement to complete the enrollment process and pay all applicable fees. Course availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other operational reasons. In the event of course cancellation by the Academy, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment for courses must be made in full prior to the course start date unless otherwise arranged. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees associated with your enrollment.

3.3 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund: Cancellation received more than 14 days before the course start date
• 50% refund: Cancellation received 7-14 days before the course start date
• No refund: Cancellation received less than 7 days before the course start date
• Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Refunds will be processed within 14-21 business days of approval

4. Course Attendance and Participation

4.1 Attendance Requirements

Students are expected to attend all scheduled course sessions. Attendance is mandatory for certification. If you miss more than 20% of the course hours without prior approval, you may not be eligible for course certification and may be required to re-enroll and pay full tuition to complete the program.

4.2 Code of Conduct

All students must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which includes:

• Treating instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism
• Arriving on time and being prepared for each session
• Maintaining appropriate dress code as specified for casino environments
• Refraining from disruptive behavior, including use of mobile devices during instruction
• Prohibiting discrimination, harassment, or any form of misconduct
• Complying with all safety regulations and facility rules
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary course materials and training techniques

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate dismissal from the course without refund.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership

All content, materials, and resources provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, software, course materials, and methodologies (collectively, "Content"), are the property of Czech Croupier Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any Content without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Content
• Use the Content for commercial purposes or financial gain
• Remove copyright or other proprietary notices from the Content
• Share login credentials or course access with unauthorized individuals
• Record, photograph, or transmit course sessions without express permission

6. Certification and Employment

6.1 Certification Requirements

To receive certification from Czech Croupier Academy, you must:

• Complete all required course hours and sessions
• Pass all practical and theoretical examinations with minimum required scores
• Demonstrate proficiency in all required gaming procedures
• Meet attendance requirements
• Complete all payment obligations
• Comply with the Code of Conduct throughout the program

6.2 No Employment Guarantee

While we maintain relationships with casino operators and gaming establishments, completion of our courses and receipt of certification does not guarantee employment. We may provide job placement assistance and referrals, but ultimate hiring decisions are made by individual employers. Employment is subject to each employer's requirements, which may include background checks, additional licensing, and other qualifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Czech Croupier Academy, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Employment outcomes or lack thereof following course completion
• Any errors or omissions in any content or information

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Czech Croupier Academy and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

10. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prague, Czech Republic.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution procedures.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Czech Croupier Academy regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
